To arrive at a Boiler Size requirement , we have provided some Boiler Efficiency Calculations for you to determine the boiler size you may required. Also sizing for Direct Contact Water Heaters.

In addition we have provide other programs to determine Operating Cost, based on Steam losses, which might be happening in your system. These Thermal Calculations are a useful tool.

Our intentions are to make you aware of the high cost associated with not maintaining your equipment or providing a payback cost to replace your present equipment with more efficient equipment technology.

In addition we have provided some Energy Saving Tips and associated thermal calculations programs to evaluate your present operation , to determine if changes to your operation is justified.

It is important to note that S.P. Thermal Systems Inc. is not responsible for evaluating, or sizing your system, and strongly recommends that if you are not familiar with the design of these systems, to have a qualified person do the evaluation for you.

DIRECT CONTACT WATER HEATER

When large quantities of Hot Water between 130 F - 185 F are required, the most efficient method of producing this is using a Direct Contact Water Heaters

The " Flo -Direct " Heater is 98% Combustion Efficient.

Units are available from 1 million to 35 million BTU / Hour
